About the event
This workshop teaches you about Angi angi, Elderberry and Olive, and why they're so important to have in your home, ready to support you and your whānau from when illness first presents. Each holds within it powerful antimicrobial properties that work on viral, bacterial, fungal infections, and treat acute and chronic conditions of the lungs and immune system. You will learn to prepare and take home remedies from these plants along with an understanding of how to create a formula and how to administer them to children and adults alike.
There will also be a selection of health and wellbeing resources for you to take notes from, photos of and purchase. The purpose of these workshops is to share the 20+ years of my learning and practice with you.
